Onboard

Create your account with secure Multi-Factor authentication. We’ll need your email address, smartphone number, date of birth, last 4 digits of Social Security Number, and other essential data.

We automate the verification process before connecting clients with notaries. You’ll need to upload a scan of valid government issued ID. This can be your Passport, Driver’s License, State ID Card, or Government ID from over 200 countries. Once uploaded, you will confirm your identity by completing a biometric photo liveness check with your smartphone.

Upload the document you need notarized. You can upload a PDF, DOCX file, or snap a picture. From Affidavits to Power of Attorney, Living Trusts, Parental Travel Consent, Bills of Sale, Deeds, Loans, Construction Contracts, and more.

Once your identity is verified and your document is uploaded, you can select from one of the available online notary or schedule a future appointment with a notary. We have bilingual notaries who speak 10+ languages. You’ll be connected face-to-face in a live
stream.

Your virtual notary will review and verify that your document is authentic and compliant as per state law.
Once compliance is confirmed, they will add the required fields for you to date, sign, add your address, add witnesses, etc. You’ll sign and date, and they’ll sign, seal and stamp.

Your notarized document automatically uploads to your dashboard after your payment is processed. Download, email, and log in to access anytime. Future documents take less time to notarize as you’ll log in directly to your account.

Your bank, lawyer, or third-party recipient can electronically verify your RON or IPEN. Click here to verify.
